How to change an event's description

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. To change the description of your event go to "Event Page Options".

 

4. Select "Basic Texts & Terminology".

 

5. Fill in the form field "Event description" with the text you wish.

 

6. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

Registration or Ticketed Event dilemma

The difference between a Registration and a Ticketed event, is just a matter of wording. No matter what you choose, you will be able to make the most of the functions that are offered by the system. In order to choose between these two options, follow these steps:

 

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. To change the kind of the event you have chosen go to your Event's Page Options.

 

4. From the pop up menu choose "Basic Texts and Terminology".

5. Choose the type that responds better to the structure of your event and click save to apply the changes.

 

 

 

 

How to add an event banner image

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. From the left menu click on Event Page Options choose "Event Banner".

 

4. Choose a file from you computer that you want to use as a banner image for your event.

 

5. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

How to change an event's url

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. Go to "Event Dashboard".

 

4. At the section "Event Url" click on change.

5. Type in the url you wish.

 

6.Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

How to change Contact Information

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. To change the Contact Information you provided during the initial set up of your event, go to your Event's Page Options.

 

4. Select "Organizer Info" from the left menu.

 

5. Fill in the fields with the new contact information you wish to be displayed at your event's page.

 

6. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

How to change the location or time wording

In order to customize the location or time wording, that are displayed under the title of your event at your event's website, follow these easy steps:

 

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. Go to "Event Page Options". 

 

4. Select "Basic Texts & Terminology".

 

5. Fill in the proper part of the form with the wording you wish.

6. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

 

 

How to export event data

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. In order to export event data, go to "Manage Attendees".

 

4. Select "Orders" or "Tickets" from the left menu. Please note that in both cases you will be able to extract data. Your choice depends on the kind of data you need.

 

5. A list will be displayed. At the top right part of the list click on the "Export" button.

6. An excel file with all the list entries will be downloaded automatically at your computer.
