How to add a new ticket type

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Edit".

 

3. Click on step number 2 "Tickets/Registration options".

4. Create a new ticket.

 

5. Click save to apply the changes.

How to offer a ticket or product at a discount

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. Go to "Order Settings".

 

4. From the pop up menu, select "Special Offers".

 

5. Click on "Add a new offer".

6. Type in the name of your offer.

 

7. Choose if it applies to tickets, items or both.

 

8. Select the type of the discount and define it.

 

9. Select the type of the offer and provide a deadline if necessary.

 

10. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

How to ask for less information during an attendee's registration

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. Go to "Order Settings".

 

4. Click on "Information to collect".

5. Customize the form the way you want to, by making fields visible/compulsory/hidden.

 

6. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

 

How to provide registrants with a product or service related to your event

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. Go to "Orders Settings".

 

4. Select "Add-ons" from the left menu.

 

5. Fill the form with information about the product or service you want to sell.

6. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

How to add ticket instructions

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. In order to provide the user with a description for the ticket of your event go to "Event Page Options".

 

4. Select "Basic Texts & Terminology" from the left menu.

 

5. Fill in the form field "Ticket buying instructions" as you wish.

 

6. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

How to customize the eTicket

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. Go to "Order Settings".

 

4. Select "eTicket Options".

 

5. Fill in the form field "Special instructions" with information that you would like to be displayed on the ticket that the attendees will receive. Optionally you can specify the terms and conditions of your tickets sales. Please note that these terms must be in line with the general Terms and Conditions of the EventsAdmin service.

6. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

How to enable a waitlist

You can enable a waitlist for your event during the set up of your event. In case you decide this later while you customize your event, you can perform this action by clicking "edit" at your event.

In both cases the steps are the following:

 

1. Go to step 2 "Tickets/Registration options".

2. At the bottom right part of step 2, you will be able to see a link named "Capacity and Waitlist". Click on it and a pop up window will be displayed.

3. Check the box "Enable waitlist". You can also configure the "Limit for total tickets sold", "Max tickets sold per order" and the "Waitlist size". 

 

4. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

How to collect information for guest registrants

In case a person buys two tickets for your event, you are able to customize the system in order to collect not only the buyer's information but also information for every ticket sold.

To do so, please follow the next easy steps:

 

1. After you have signed in, you will be redirected to your events' listing.

 

2. Go to the event you want to customize and click "Manage".

 

3. Go to "Order Settings".

 

4. Click on "Information to collect".

 

5. From the drop-down list, choose the option "Collect information for buyer and each ticket sold".

6. Customize the buyer or ticket form as wish. (that is a not mandatory step)

 

7. Click save to apply the changes or cancel to discard them.

He passes the fees on to the buyer, so each participant will pay $53.39 to attend Matthew’s class. He will make a profit of $50 per person.
