How it works?


1. Create an event webpage

Create an EventsAdmin account

If you are using EventsAdmin for the first time you will be asked to create an account. During sing-up you will be asked to provide your contact details (name, email, address), institution details (if an institution that you own or you work for is organizing the event) and a small Event Organizer description that will be visible to your participants during registration.

Setup event

At this point you will be asked to provide a name and a description of your event as well as other essential details like where and when the event is taking place. Optionally you can upload a banner or logo of your event.

Define registration types

At this stage you are asked to define the available registration types, their name and cost as well other details like available quantity, terms and conditions etc. There can be registration types available only for presenters and/or authors of accepted papers, registration types only for academics or PhD students.

Using the EventsAdmin Academia control panel you can configure all the details of the paper submission, reviewing and evaluation process. Like the type (abstract, final paper, presentation) and number of contributions required per paper. The deadlines and prerequisites for the submission of each contribution as well as other milestones like notification of acceptance and reviewing dates.

In order to effectively communicate the information of your event you can create a full-featured website where you can publish extensive details of your event like the subject and the topics of the event, registration information, venue details, speakers biographies, scientific committee members, etc.

3. Manage submissions

Researchers and authors interested in presenting their work in your conference can now easily submit their paper online. Apart from the abstract of their paper they can also specify keywords, assign their paper to one or more conference topics, enter the details of the authors of the paper.

Having the details of all the papers it is now the time to review and evaluate these papers. Each paper is assigned to one or more reviewers (members of the programme committee, other authors, ad-hoc contacts, etc), which in their turn will submit their evaluation and optionally their comments online.

Having the evaluations of reviewers submitted the Programme Committe can now submit additional suggestions for the acceptance or not of specific papers (interim decisions) and the PC Members in charge decide which papers will be accepted and which will be rejected. The authors of each paper are notified just by a pressing a single button.

Taking into consideration which and how many papers have been accepted, the requests from the presenters of the papers and the availability of rooms and time you can now setup the final programme by assigning papers, presenters, discussants and chairs to specific sessions.
